My very first time trying the Ogx Renewing Oil of Morocco Oil and Treatment and having not heard any reviews prior to purchasing them, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. I picked up the Ogx “Renewing Argan Oil of morocco Penetrating Oil” and the “Renewing Argan Oil of Morocco Intense Moisturizing Treatment”. Ogx has many different lines and the “Argan Oil of Morrocco” line is infused with argan oil and is rich with natural vitamin E and antioxidants which in turn helps renew hair, leaving it soft and shiny. From the website itself, ” A unique precious blend of argan oil of Morocco which instantly penetrates the hair shaft restoring shine and softness while strengthening and creating soft, seductive, silky perfection”.
I haven’t always had the best luck with hair treatments since most of them seem to make your hair soft for a few hours and that’s about it. First of all, this smells incredible and it’s not overpowering and doesn’t linger on your hair, which I’m sure a lot of people would appreciate. I definitely saw a difference with my hair and not just for a couple of hours. My hair felt smoother after a few uses and the ends of my hair felt more moisturized. It also added a slight shine without making my hair look oily which tends to happen to me more often than not.
If you’re looking for a nice, quick hair treatment then try the OGX renewing argan oil of morocco line out. I’ve been using this treatment up to three times a week as either my conditioner or right after I condition my hair, depending on how well my hair has been behaving.
I like to apply the penetrating oil on the ends of my hair after towel drying or after my hair has completely dried to add some shine. I felt like my hair looked shinier and felt a lot healthier without weighing it down or leaving it feeling oily and greasy. My ends have always been a problem for me as they are always so dry but applying this oil on my ends helped me tame the flyaways and keep my split ends down. It has a slightly thick consistency which tends to be the case with hair oils, however, a small amount goes a long way with this oil so use it sparingly.
The nice thing about OGX is that it’s affordable and easily-accessible. I’ve heard great things about their coconut line as well. Have any of you tried it?
